The museum houses a large gift shop with an extensive collection of books, gifts and souvenirs. We have an extensive selection of mining and industrial archeology books which can be ordered by mail. A list of available books can be downloaded here (200KB).

Light refreshments are available in a comfortable seating area.

The museum is accessible to the disabled, but unfortunately, the mine may not be suitable for some visitors with physical disabilities.

There is a coach/car park adjacent to the museum. Toilets with facilities for the disabled are located in the car park.
