The museum houses a large gift shop with an extensive collection of books, gifts and souvenirs. We have an extensive selection of mining and industrial archeology books which can be ordered by mail. Please contact us for more information on ordering books by post.

Light refreshments are available in a comfortable seating area.

The museum is accessible to the disabled, but unfortunately, the mine may not be suitable for some visitors with physical disabilities.

There is a coach/car park adjacent to the museum. Toilets with facilities for the disabled are located in the car park.
